Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for adult patients. Perform annual wellness visits, routine physicals, and follow-up appointments while ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices. Manage chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Participate in quality initiatives and value-based care programs.
Required Qualifications
- Current New Jersey APN license
- National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Current DEA and CDS registration
- BLS Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Family Medicine preferred
