Job Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner sought for 100% outpatient Family health in South Bend, IN. Role is full-time (40 hrs/week) with a 4-day work week, no nights, and no weekends. Responsibilities include providing outpatient primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages, with an average of about 20 patients per day. Requires board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner or APRN and a current Indiana medical license. Experience of 2+ years is preferred but not required. Candidates should be comfortable with Women’s Health.
