Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical exams, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to connect one-on-one with patients, reviewing medical history and answering health questions without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens. Travel up to 100% of the time across defined coverage areas, which may require overnight stays and flights, while maintaining active multi-state licenses. Perform virtual visits as needed and provide preventive services such as bone density screenings in diverse home environments.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Able to cover all counties within state and flex to other areas of business need
- Must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
