Job Summary
In-Home Health Evaluations by Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: provide 45-minute, in-home health assessments including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening) using an iPad workflow. Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as needed. Primary workplace is members' homes; environment may include pets or allergens. Requires active, unrestricted licenses, board certification, and multi-state licenses (preferred). Part-time role with 40 hours weekly in the Columbus, OH area; compensation ranges from $41.85 to $90.13 hourly, with benefits for part-time employees.
