Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry or diabetic eye exams. Perform virtual visits as needed and utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow for each evaluation. Provide comprehensive diagnostic and preventive services to patients in their private residences, which may contain pets, smoke, or allergens. Travel locally within licensed states and work part-time, covering the Seattle/King County area. Maintain active, unrestricted licensure and board certification to fulfill these clinical duties nationwide.

- Board certification (required)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Seattle/ King County area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
