Job Summary
Provide in-home health evaluations for members in their residences, joining a national network of clinicians. Each 45-minute visit includes medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the member’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams). Use an iPad and clinical workflow; no prescribing, no lab orders, and no treatment changes during the visit. Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits as needed. This full-time role requires active NP or PA licensure with board certification and supports delivering Diagnostic & Preventive Services. Primary workplaces are members’ homes, with environments that may include household pets and allergens. Pays range reflects base pay per in-home evaluation and may include additional reimbursements.”,
