Job Summary
Conduct 45-minute in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests like spirometry and diabetic eye exams. Utilize an iPad-based clinical workflow to perform services such as bone density screening while reviewing patient medical history. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to serve members in Bellingham and surrounding areas. Work part-time hours averaging 29.5 weekly, with pay dependent on completed evaluations and additional diagnostic orders. Visit patients in diverse home environments that may contain pets or allergens, providing personalized education without prescribing medication or altering treatment regimens.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Bellingham and surrounding area
- Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed
- Conduct virtual visits as needed
- Candidates must be able to comfortably and safely perform their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
