Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history reviews, physical assessments, and diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams when ordered. Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow to deliver comprehensive preventive and diagnostic services directly to patients' residences while engaging in one-on-one health education. Perform virtual visits as needed and travel locally within licensed states to serve a national network of health plan members. Work part-time on a flexible schedule, with the primary workplace being private residences that may contain pets or allergens.
