Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner role providing housecalls in a Bronx multi-specialty practice. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, prescribing medications within NP scope, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, providing patient and family education on health maintenance, coordinating care with primary care physicians and other providers, and maintaining accurate documentation of encounters. Requires MSN or higher, active NY NP license, board certification, and Mandarin bilingual proficiency. New graduates are welcome. Work schedule offers full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days a week). Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
- Bilingual in Mandarin
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply
