Job Summary
Provide in-home primary care as a Nurse Practitioner through housecalls across the Bronx, NY. Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, prescribe medications within NP scope, order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients and families on health maintenance, coordinate care with primary care physicians and other providers, and maintain accurate documentation of encounters. Requires MSN or higher, NY NP license, and Mandarin language proficiency; in-home care and housecalls experience preferred. Salary range $130,000–$150,000 with comprehensive benefits; flexible schedules; visa sponsorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Bilingual in Mandarin
