Job Summary
Part-time NP or PA in Hospital Medicine at Cooley Dickinson Health Care (affiliated with Mass General Brigham) to round with physicians, coordinate admissions and discharges, perform initial evaluations and orders, document care, educate patients and families, and facilitate transfers. The role involves cross-coverage for admissions, responding to rapid assessments, and practicing at the top of the license within a collaborative team in inpatient settings. Day-shift duties with shared weekend/holiday coverage; focus on delivering high-quality, autonomous inpatient care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Licensed NP (or eligible)
- Experience as a licensed NP preferred
- Inpatient medicine experience preferred (strongly)
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
