Nurse Practitioner, Hospital Medicine

Part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to join Hospital Medicine team at Cooley Dickinson Main Campus. Core duties include performing initial evaluations (history, meds reconciliation, exam, H&P with admission orders), monitoring progress and coordinating care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, documenting progress notes, performing bedside procedures, managing discharges and follow-up, patient and family education, triage/transfer coordination, and ensuring smooth transitions of care. Role emphasizes practicing at the top of the license with autonomy in a collaborative environment. 7:00 AM–7:00 PM day shift with shared weekend and holiday coverage; 20 hours per week.
