Job Summary
Part-time Hospital Medicine NP/PA role at Cooley Dickinson Medical Group within Mass General Brigham network. Responsibilities include performing H&P evaluations, monitoring progress, documenting care, coordinating discharge planning, and educating patients and families. Role involves rounding in the morning, cross-coverage for admissions, and serving as a first responder for rapid response assessments. Requires working a 7:00 AM–7:00 PM day shift with shared weekend/holiday coverage; practice environment emphasizes autonomy, collaborative care with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation teams, and delivering high-quality, timely care with complete documentation. Must hold a Master’s degree and be licensed as an NP or PA; inpatient medicine experience and EPIC EMR familiarity strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (Education)
- Licensed NP or PA
- Experience as a licensed NP preferred
- Prior APP experience in inpatient medicine strongly preferred
- Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
