Job Summary
Join Assured Hospice of Port Angeles as a Nurse Practitioner, providing vital consultation in palliative care for Hospice patients. You will be responsible for making face-to-face visits, consulting with the Hospice Medical Director, and coordinating care plans while engaging with the interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification as a clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice
- Current certification by a national body such as ANCC, NBCHPN, or AANP
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Current CPR certification required
- Minimum of five years nursing experience
