Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess, diagnose, and manage hormone and metabolic conditions. Order and interpret specialty labs, then develop personalized treatment plans covering bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, pellet insertion, peptides, and regenerative therapies. Perform pellet procedures with available training, educate patients on long-term wellness strategies, and provide ongoing follow-up care. Maintain accurate EMR documentation while collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams. This part-time role begins at two days per week, expanding to three or four days as desired, with a base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 for part-time or $110,000 to $140,000 for full-time. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Active Idaho Nurse Practitioner License
- Active Idaho DEA Registration
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience prescribing hormones and interpreting hormone labs
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a cash-pay practice model
- Strong interest in hormone optimization and patient outcomes
