Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face 60-day recertification encounters for hospice patients in medical facilities, clinics, health centers, or public health agencies under physician direction. Provide general medical care and treatment to patients while performing in-house nursing facility visits. Maintain effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to travel. Complete the online application and attach your resume to apply directly through this website. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas
- 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Effective written and verbal communication
