Nurse Practitioner - Hematology/Oncology

Provide comprehensive care to hematology and oncology patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Collaborate with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary care team to develop and manage individualized patient care plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging relevant to hematologic and oncologic conditions. Administer and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology-related treatments while managing symptom control, supportive care, and palliative interventions. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and disease management. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
