Nurse Practitioner-Hematology/Oncology

Develop and expand a comprehensive survivorship care model for women with breast or gynecological cancers transitioning from active oncology treatment into long-term survivorship care. Provide dedicated longitudinal survivorship care focused on improving quality of life, managing long-term treatment effects, and coordinating care across specialties. Reduce symptom burden and support patients following completion of active cancer treatment. Requires 2+ years' experience, AZ license, DEA, and oncology certification. Full-time position with 4 10-hour shifts and 4-5 Saturdays per year.
