Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive acute care, occupational medicine, and preventive services for employees and dependents, including problem-focused exams, differential diagnoses, and treatment plans for minor injuries and illnesses. Perform procedures such as wound care, suture placement, splinting, and administer medications while managing formulary adherence and medication safety. Deliver health maintenance through immunizations, screenings, and chronic condition triage, utilizing shared decision-making and culturally competent communication. Evaluate work injuries, coordinate workers' compensation documentation, and develop return-to-work recommendations. Conduct post-offer/pre-placement exams, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and occupational exposure testing. Administer DOT/FMCSA physicals, maintain examiner registry, and support OSHA compliance through accurate injury reporting. Coordinate referrals to external specialists, maintain EHR documentation, and contribute to quality improvement projects. Requires 2–3+ years of NP experience; employer-based clinic experience preferred.

- Ability to initiate treatment plans for work injuries
