Job Summary
As a Nurse Practitioner at GuideStar Eldercare, you will address the needs of patients afflicated with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurocognitive disorders in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include providing initial evaluations, continuing therapy services, and cognitive testing while documenting the necessity of services for each patient.
