Nurse Practitioner, Growth and Nutrition Program (temp)

Nurse Practitioner needed for the Growth and Nutrition Program to provide family-centered pediatric care for patients from newborn to age 7 with feeding difficulties and poor weight gain. Responsibilities include delivering clinical care and family education in clinic sessions, triaging concerns, conducting home, school, and daycare visits (may be remote where appropriate), collaborating with the multidisciplinary GNP team, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and community resources, and supporting care coordination across clinical and community settings. Schedule is a 6-month temporary coverage starting in July, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, with locations in Boston and Needham. Licensure requirements include current NP certification (PNP or FNP). The role emphasizes pediatric nursing experience (minimum 3 years), experience with feeding disorders preferred, and community/public health experience preferred; BLS/CPR certification required.
