Job Summary
Conduct complete patient histories and physical examinations, assessing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans, order diagnostic studies, and prescribe treatments while monitoring patient progress between visits. Provide preventive care, deliver health education, and triage patient calls with clinical consultation. Collaborate with physicians, maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation, and participate in community outreach initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
- Current New Hampshire Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license
- Current DEA registration
- Eligibility for professional liability insurance coverage through MCH
