Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner sought for orthopedics/physical medicine/regenerative medicine in Fort Collins. Responsibilities include conducting new patient evaluations and re-evaluations, developing and managing individualized treatment plans, prescribing physical therapy and rehabilitative services, prescribing and dispensing DME, performing trigger point injections and joint injections (including PRP), administering regenerative medicine treatments with human cellular tissue products, coordinating care with chiropractic and rehabilitation providers, managing medical weight loss programs, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and educating patients on treatment options and ongoing care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Colorado
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
