Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, utilizing provided patient-specific forms to identify care barriers without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments to earn up to $4,000 weekly, with additional pay-per-test incentives available. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor, with airfare and hotel support depending on eligibility.
