Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly, including potential pay-per-test bonuses and market multiplier incentives. Work as an independent contractor on a short-term or long-term basis with flexible scheduling from Monday through Sunday.
