Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $2,500 to $4,000 based on an average of 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay for diagnostic tests and market multipliers. Work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday, while receiving malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare and hotel accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members knowledge
