Job Summary
Conduct in-home visits to perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and identify barriers to care for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms for each assessment without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Manage an average of 6-9 daily visits earning up to $4,000 weekly with a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- State License Required
