Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication histories, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly through the pay-per-test model and market multiplier. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor on short-term or long-term bases. No nights or weekends required.
