Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members, performing pre-scheduled in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly earnings potential of $2,500–$4,000 (based on completed assessments at ~$80 each, with potential to increase via Market Multiplier and pay-per-test model), malpractice coverage, and no night/weekend requirements. Must hold board-certified NP credentials with a state license; Medicaid license or enrollment support preferred. Location-based visits are in Mentor, OH. Independent contractor (1099) status with shifts available Monday–Sunday and travel accommodations as eligible.
