Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated patient-specific forms to identify barriers to care and educate members on treatment plans. No prescription writing, lab ordering, or treatment regimen alterations are permitted. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment, supplemented by a pay-per-test model and market multipliers. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling. Independent contractor status applies with malpractice coverage and travel reimbursement available for eligible assignments.
