Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Complete assessments with health plan members on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday, working as an independent contractor without prescribing medicine or ordering lab tests. Earn up to $4,000 weekly based on completed visits and pay-per-test models, with airfare and hotel support available for eligible assignments.
