Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly via a pay-per-test model and market multiplier. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
Required Qualifications
