Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers while reviewing medical history and educating patients on treatment plans. Complete assessments using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly averaging 6-9 daily visits with a base rate of $80 per assessment, supplemented by a pay-per-test model and market multipliers. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts on a short-term or long-term basis as an independent contractor with state licensure required.
