Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and identifying barriers to care. Perform physical evaluations with pre-populated, patient-specific forms while managing other personal and clinical commitments. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly plus pay-per-test incentives. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday without mandatory nights or weekends as an independent contractor. No prescription writing, lab ordering, or treatment regimen alterations are permitted.
