Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by performing medication and medical history reviews and physical assessments in patient homes. Identify barriers to care and educate members on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with no nights or weekends required, operating on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday. Earn up to $4,000 weekly based on completed assessments and pay-per-test models, with additional incentives for availability.
