Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical evaluations. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Perform an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500-$4,000 weekly via a pay-per-visit and pay-per-test model. Requires a board certification and Medicaid license; shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage provided.
