Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing physical condition, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly averaging 6-9 daily visits via a base rate of $80 per assessment, with additional pay-per-test compensation and a market multiplier. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel benefits including airfare, hotel, and rental car. Requires a state license and board certification.
