Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members to identify care barriers while reviewing medical history and treatment understanding. Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a base rate of $80 per assessment and a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostics. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel benefits available. Requires a state license; no nights, weekends, prescriptions, or lab orders.
