Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per assessment, plus market multipliers and pay-per-test incentives. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday with short-term or long-term contract options. Requires a state license; malpractice coverage and travel allowances provided for eligible contractors.
