Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Complete assessments using pre-populated, patient-specific forms while identifying barriers to care. Earn weekly compensation based on completed visits, with additional pay for diagnostic and preventive tests. Schedule shifts Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours and no mandatory nights or weekends. Requires a state license or willingness to obtain a Medicaid license. Independent contractor status applies.
