Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments. Identify potential barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly. Work as an independent contractor on a short-term or long-term basis with flexible scheduling from Monday through Sunday. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, state licensure, and malpractice coverage.
