Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical history, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care while educating patients on their treatment plans without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Earn up to $4,000 weekly via a base rate of $80 per assessment, with a market multiplier increasing rates up to 135% and additional pay-per-test compensation. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, malpractice coverage, and state licensure. Available Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling; airfare, hotel, and rental car provided depending on eligibility.
