Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with pre-scheduled appointments. This role offers flexible hours Monday through Sunday, with shifts available for short-term or long-term basis. Contractors earn up to $4,000 weekly based on a base rate of $80 per assessment, supplemented by a pay-per-test model and market multipliers. Malpractice coverage and travel benefits including airfare, hotel, and rental car are provided for eligible candidates.
