Job Summary
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health, history review, physical evaluation, identifying barriers to care, and documenting pre-populated patient-specific forms. Compensation includes a weekly rate range ($2,500–$4,000) with potential multipliers and pay-per-test incentives; shifts are available Monday–Sunday with no nights. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; malpractice coverage provided. Location: Bearden, AR, USA. State license required; independent contractor (1099) status.
