Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication and medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying care barriers. Complete 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with an average base rate of $80 per assessment, plus a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive procedures. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
Required Qualifications
