Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical evaluations. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on their treatment plans during visits that include a medication and medical history review. Complete an average of 6-9 daily assessments using pre-populated, patient-specific forms while managing personal and clinical commitments. Earn up to $4,000 weekly with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment, including potential pay-per-test bonuses and market multipliers. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
