Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical exams. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on treatment plans during pre-scheduled visits, utilizing provided patient-specific forms. Perform assessments for up to 9 daily visits with an average rate of $80 per completed evaluation. Earn weekly compensation up to $4,000, including a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive services. Work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified nurse practitioner
- State License Required
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
