Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and performing physical evaluations. Identify barriers to care and educate patients on their treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly plus pay-per-test bonuses and market multipliers. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
