Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical conditions, and identifying care barriers. Perform physical evaluations and educate patients on treatment plans using pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $80 per assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly through the pay-per-test model and market multiplier. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor without mandatory nights or weekends. Requires a Medicaid license or willingness to enroll and a state license.
