Job Summary
Conduct in-home visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members to evaluate overall health, review medication history, and assess physical well-being. Perform pre-populated patient-specific evaluations without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with an average rate of $80 per completed assessment, earning up to $4,000 weekly including market multipliers and pay-per-test bonuses. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with no night or weekend requirements. Board-certified status and Medicaid license strongly preferred.
